Be part of our statewide outreach for the animals. You can help us get Camp Papillon's name and mission out there by ordering your specialty plate today!! It's a quick and easy way to show your support. See below for 2 ways to get your license plate.
Instructions
1. Click on the link above, Fill out sections A and D on the form.
2. If you lease your vehicle PA Department of Transportation requires form MV-1L.
3. Send to Camp Papillon:
($60) and print, sign, scan and email form(s) to:
licenseplate@camppapillon.org
OR
Print and sign all required form(s) and send, with a $60 check made out to
Camp Papillon, to:
Camp Papillon Animal Shelter

Stroudsburg, PA 18360
4. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
